Skin Hydration Tips

Pani zyada piyen: Rozana kam az kam 8–10 glass pani peena skin ko andar se hydrate karta hai.

Moisturizer zaroor lagayein: Face wash ke baad hamesha moisturizer lagayein, chahe skin oily hi kyun na ho.

Dhoop se bachao: Sunscreen use karein, warna skin dry aur dull ho jati hai.

Soft face wash use karein: Bohat harsh ya strong face wash skin ki natural moisture chheen leta hai.

Garum pani se parhez: Face dhotay waqt zyada garam pani use na karein.

Aloe vera ya glycerin: Raat ko halka sa aloe vera gel ya glycerin + rose water mix laga sakte hain.

Lip hydration: Lips ke liye lip balm use karein, khaas tor par sone se pehle.

Healthy diet: Phal (fruits), sabziyan aur healthy fats skin ko naturally hydrate rakhte hain.
