  • Sun protection: Dhoop se bachao bohat zaroori hai, warna aging aur dark spots barh jate hain.

  • Achhi neend: Roz 7–8 ghante ki neend skin repair ke liye bohat important hai.

  • Stress kam karein: Zyada tension se pimples aur dull skin ho jati hai.

  • Skin ko respect karein: Zyada products, hard scrubbing aur experiment se parhez karein.
