Healthy Nails Tips

  1. Moisturize nails & cuticles:
    Har din coconut oil, olive oil, ya hand cream lagayein taake nails dry aur brittle na hon.

  2. Proper trimming & filing:
    Nails ko regular trim karein aur gently file karein. Round ya square shape lightly banayein.

  3. Avoid nail biting:
    Nail biting se infections aur weak nails ho sakti hain.

  4. Protect hands from chemicals:
    Cleaning ya detergents ke waqt gloves pehnein.

  5. Soak nails occasionally:
    Olive oil + lemon juice ya warm water + mild soap mein 5–10 minute soak karein for strength.

  6. Healthy diet:
    Protein, vitamins (A, C, E), zinc aur iron se nails naturally strong aur healthy rahte hain.

  7. Limit harsh nail products:
    Har roz nail polish, remover ya strong chemicals se parhez karein.
