Cleansing Routine
๐ Subah (Morning):

Neend se uth kar mild face wash se face dhoen.

Lukewarm ya normal pani use karein (bohat garam pani nahi).

Towel se face pat dry karein (ragar na dein).
๐ Raat (Night):

Sone se pehle face wash se cleansing zaroor karein taake din bhar ki dirt, oil aur pollution nikal jaye.

Agar sunscreen ya makeup lagaya ho to pehle cleansing milk ya micellar water, phir face wash use karein.

Rozana 2 martaba (subah aur raat) face cleanse karna best hota hai.

Zyada bar face dhona skin ko dry kar sakta hai.
Tips:

Apni skin type ke mutabiq face wash choose karein.

Face wash lagate waqt halka sa massage karein (30–40 seconds).

Cleansing ke baad moisturizer lagana na bhoolen.
