4. Sunscreen bohat zaroori hai
Baher nikalte waqt SPF 30 ya us se zyada sunscreen lagayein. Ye skin ko redness aur damage se bachata hai.
5. Strong ingredients se bachain
Alcohol, perfume, zyada chemicals aur harsh scrubs sensitive skin ko irritate kar dete hain.
6. Exfoliation kam karein
Hafte mein sirf 1 dafa ya bilkul na karein agar skin jalti ya red ho jati hai.

Koi bhi naya product use karne se pehle thora sa wrist ya ear ke peeche laga kar 24 ghante wait karein.
