Natural 7 skin carre routine


 
  1. Cleanser – Gentle wash

    • Use lukewarm water and a mild face wash

    • Or natural options: honey + water or milk

    • Removes dirt and oil from night

  2. Toner (Optional) – Balance skin pH

    • Rose water works great

    • Spray or dab with cotton

      1. Moisturizer – Keep skin hydrated

        • Light moisturizer or aloe vera gel

        • Helps skin stay soft and plump

    • Face masks

      • Don’t use more than 2–3× a week

      • Clay masks = better for oily skin

      • Hydrating masks = better for dry/sensitive skin

      • Stop if it tingles or burns (that’s not “working”)

      Serums

      • 2–3 drops is enough — more won’t work better

      • Pat in, don’t rub

      • Give each serum 30–60 seconds before the next step

      Eye serum

      • Use rice-grain amount per eye

      • Tap gently with your ring finger

      • Stay on the orbital bone, not too close to the lash line
