🌿 Morning Routine (Subah)

  1. Cleanser – Gentle wash

    • Use lukewarm water and a mild face wash

    • Or natural options: honey + water or milk

    • Removes dirt and oil from night

  2. Toner (Optional) – Balance skin pH

    • Rose water works great

    • Spray or dab with cotton

  3. Moisturizer – Keep skin hydrated

    • Light moisturizer or aloe vera gel

    • Helps skin stay soft and plump

  4. Sunscreen – Protect from sun

    • SPF 30+ if going outside

    • Can use a moisturizer with SPF

    • 🌙 Night Routine (Raat)

      1. Cleanser – Remove makeup and dirt

        • Use gentle face wash or milk + honey

      2. Exfoliation (1–2 times a week) – Remove dead skin cells

        • Oatmeal + yogurt scrub

        • Don’t scrub too hard

      3. Moisturizer / Hydrating Gel – Lock in moisture

        • Aloe vera or light cream

      4. Spot Treatment (If needed)

        • Dab tea tree oil or honey on pimples

      • Drink plenty of water

      • Eat fruits & vegetables

      • Get enough sleep

      • Avoid touching your face too much
